Because our expenses for the past year were lower than anticipated, we are happy to announce that we have lowered dues to $12 a year–that is one dollar a month–effectively immediately.

Those of you who have submitted dues for this year at the old rate will be considered members in good standing through 2013. (If you are one of these tenants, you may also request a partial rebate, if you prefer, by emailing or writing us with your current address.)
