Scheduled to appear at the October 30th meeting, open to all at the P.S. 26Q Auditorium, 195-02 69th Avenue,  at 7 P.M. sharp, are:

• Members of the 107th Precinct, including Captain Frederick Grover, who will address neighborhood safety concerns
• State Senator Tony Avella who will discuss rent stabilization law and the Rent Guidelines Board appointments

Assemblywoman Nily Rozic also hopes to attend and several members of the FMTA will briefly discuss these topics of interest:

• The Queens Fresh Meadows security and parking patrols
• The new radiators being installed
• The VASP (voluntary alternative to security deposit) program
• “Neighborly Considerations”
