Because of the delay, we have extended the deadline for submitting surveys to Monday, March 22nd. Whether your newsletter was late or received on time, if you have not yet completed a survey, we ask that youtake a few moments now to do so.

Completed surveys can be returned via mail using the address on the survey or you can obtain an electronic copy to submit here.
